do I sell my CDs or DVDs?
Just select 6 or more CDs you would
like to sell and receive a free AutoQuote. If you

We’ll send you a check the day we receive your CDs. It’s

You need to enable the cookies in your browser.
If you're using Internet
Explorer go to Tools> Internet Options> Privacy and set the slider to
Medium.
If you're using Netscape Communicator go to Edit> Preferences>
Privacy and Security> Cookies and select Enable cookies.
You can always
change your settings back to the way they were after you get a quote.
How much
will I get for my CDs or DVDs?
The amount we pay for a CD is based
upon the Title and condition.
When
will I get my check?
You will receive an email confirmation
the day we receive your CDs. We’ll mail your check the
day we receive your CDs. If you do not receive the
check within 10 business days from the day you receive
the email confirmation, contact us at service@cashforcds.com
and we will reissue the check.
What
if the CDs or DVDs I want to sell aren’t listed?
If the CD you want to sell is not listed
on the AutoQuote system we are not buying it at this time.
You may want to check back periodically as we do make
changes to our database regularly.
What if I want to sell a LARGE quantity of CDs or DVDs?
We prefer for you to use the AutoQuote system; however, we will also accept email submissions if you have a lot of CDs or DVDs to sell (50 or more). Please send the list in the body of an email (NOT as an attachment) to comments@cashforcds.com [email protected].
How
can I tell the condition of a CD or DVD?
To determine the condition of your CD,
look on the side of the CD without the writing. Please
note that we are looking at the condition of the actual
CD itself, not the plastic case it comes in.
Base the condition of your CDs
on the following guidelines.
Excellent: Like
new, no scratches or blemishes.
Good: Minor
light scratches or blemishes
Fair: More
than a few light scratches or blemishes
All
CDs must be playable. We
will not accept CDs that have deep scratches or that are
unplayable. It’s also important that the covers
are in good condition.
Do
you buy Promotional CDs
We do NOT buy Promotional CDs.
Do
you buy CD Singles
We do buy some CD singles. Check
to see if the CD is in our database. If it is not
in our database we are not buying it.
Do
you buy record club CDs?
Yes, we do buy CDs issued by record
clubs. Again, the same criteria apply as for any CDs.
The CD must include good condition front and back covers.
